About US
The San Marcos Educational Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 1983, to raise additional support for public education and contribute to the enrichment of nearly 21,000 students in the San Marcos Unified School District.
Since its inception, the foundation has contributed over $600,000 in funds to San Marcos public schools, primarily for science, technology, and art – programs that would not be possible in California’s current school funding environment.
100% of donations go directly to support our schools to provide a stronger education and new opportunities for our community!

We invest in programs that provide access to all students and focus on enhancing talent and leadership among our students. We want equal opportunities for everyone and provide enrichment activities & partner with educational programs to help them prepare for careers in the future.
